Description

We are looking to recruit a Service Department - Warranty Administrator to join the team at Coventry

The key objectives of the role are:

  • To ensure accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis
  • Monitoring daily and weekly warranty reports
  • To cost and invoice all warranty jobs
  • To ensure recalls are administered
  • To ensure warranty debt is controlled and claims paid in a timely manner

You will be a highly organised individual with a good understanding of warranty process claims and mechanical theory / knowledge, along with strong administration skills and attention to detail.

You will need the ability to work individually as well as in a team.

A full clean UK driving license is desirable, but not required for this role.
