Any accident is traumatic enough without also needing your vehicle repaired afterward. One call to us can relieve this burden.
You can be sure that from your first contact with us to get an appointed estimate or to arrange a recovery, we’ll be considerate, helpful and efficient.
Once our vehicle assessor has created the estimate, you can then decide whether it will be an insurance claim, a third-party claim or a private claim.
No matter which make or model of vehicle you own, or which insurance company you use, we can have you back on the road as fast as possible – with a minimum of fuss.
To arrange an estimate with our experienced team please fill out the form below and one of our dedicated team will be in touch.
We will provide you with a replacement vehicle (subject to your insurance terms and conditions).
An experienced estimator will examine your vehicle in detail upon arrival to provide a fair and reasonable quote for work to be carried out.
An in-depth, fully itemised appraisal will be prepared using the latest visual imaging systems.
On approval, our highly trained technicians, panel beaters and paint sprayers get to work on your vehicle.
Using computerised jigs and welding equipment, we ensure your vehicle is repaired and restored to Factory Standard.
Your vehicle is then given a final check with a
courtesy wash and vacuum.
How Long Will The Repair Take?
Due the nature of body repairs, most repairs have a minimum duration of 5 days. Any quotation for repair duration is subject to change and will always be dependent on replacement parts availability.
Do I Need To Pay Anything?
If we are repairing your vehicle based on a private estimate, the parts must be paid for beforehand and if a third party is involved, we do need full payment before we start the repair.
If we are repairing your vehicle on behalf of your insurers, we are required by them to collect any policy excess payment prior to releasing the vehicle to you (we will advise you of any excess payments required before and during the repair).
N.B.: If you are VAT-registered, you will be liable for the VAT element of the repair.
Will I Get a Courtesy Vehicle?
Depending on your contract of insurance, some companies require us to supply a courtesy vehicle. We will advise you of this and we will need to see your driving licence (original, not copies) and, since the abolition of the paper counterpart, we will require your National Insurance number and current postcode.
We are only obliged to provide small vehicles. If this is not satisfactory, please contact/liaise with your insurers. If you are not entitled to a courtesy vehicle, we can put you on to a local hire company where you will benefit from preferential rates.
If you travel across the Dartford crossings, you will be responsible for the charge of £2.50 (per crossing). This will need to be paid to Allen Motor Group on the return of the vehicle. If further charges are incurred, then they will also be applied.
Is Your Work Guaranteed?
Yes – we guarantee all of our workmanship for 3 years and are happy to discuss any concerns you may have about your repair, be it private or via your insurance.
