Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the CHERY UK x URUNN promotion (the Promotion). Eligible customers who test drive a CHERY vehicle can receive three months' complimentary access to the URUNN running app, while eligible customers who purchase a new CHERY vehicle can receive 12 months' complimentary access, subject to these terms.
Promoter and app provider
1.The promoter is CHERY UK (Promoter, we, us).
2.The App Provider is URUNN Limited, company number 16081824, of The Carriage House, Mill Street, Maidstone, Kent ME15 6YE (URUNN), provides and operates the URUNN mobile application (App).
Duration of the Promotion
3.The Promotion is available for qualifying test drives and eligible purchase of all models (the Eligible Vehicles) between 19 October 2026 and 31 December 2026 (the Promotion Period). All claims must be submitted by 31 March 2027.
Who can take part
4.The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who are new URUNN users only. Existing or previous URUNN account holders are not eligible.
5.The Purchase Offer is available to individual retail customers purchasing an Eligible Vehicle for personal use only. Fleet, business, contract hire, rental, employee and resale purchases are excluded.
6.Employees of the Promoter, URUNN and participating retailers, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
The Promotion
7.Test Drive Offer: Customers who complete a qualifying test drive of an Eligible Vehicle at a participating authorised CHERY retailer during the Promotion Period will be entitled to three (3) months' complimentary access to the App.
8.Purchase Offer: Customers who purchase a new Eligible Vehicle from a participating authorised CHERY retailer during the Promotion Period will be entitled to twelve (12) months' complimentary access to the App, subject to the vehicle being registered by 31 January 2027.
9.Test drives are subject to the participating retailer's usual booking, driving licence check, and other applicable eligibility criteria. Motor insurance for the test drive will be provided by the participating retailer, subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions of its applicable motor trade insurance policy. No vehicle purchase is required to qualify for the Test Drive Offer.
10.Each customer may claim the Test Drive Offer once. Where a customer qualifies for both the Test Drive Offer and the Purchase Offer, the offers will be combined into a single complimentary access period of up to 12 months, and the benefits cannot be accumulated.
11.The Promotion is limited to 10,000 complimentary subscriptions in total, comprising 7,000 three-month subscriptions under the Test Drive Offer and 3,000 twelve-month subscriptions under the Purchase Offer. Subscriptions will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date and time of completion of a qualifying test drive or registration of an eligible vehicle, as applicable, subject to verification of eligibility and availability. Once the allocation for either offer has been exhausted, no further subscriptions will be available under that offer.
How to claim and activate
12.Following verification of eligibility, customers will receive a unique activation code or link via EMAIL within 14 days of completing the qualifying test drive or eligible vehicle registration.
13.To redeem the offer, customers must follow the instructions provided, register for a new URUNN account and activate their complimentary access by 31 March 2027. The complimentary access period begins upon successful activation.
14.Each activation code or link is valid for one-time use only, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit. Customers who do not receive their activation code or link should contact CHERY UK on +44 0800 066 8314 or email customercare@cherycar.co.uk before the claim deadline.
15.If an eligible vehicle purchase is cancelled or not completed before its expiry date as specified in article 15, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the corresponding Purchase Offer, without affecting the customer's statutory rights.
Charges and expiry
16.No payment is required to redeem the Promotion. Complimentary access will automatically expire at the end of the applicable 3-month or 12-month period which shall be confirmed in writing, without automatically converting into a paid subscription. Any continued access will be subject to URUNN's applicable subscription terms and charges.
Using the App
17.Use of the App is subject to URUNN's End-User Licence Agreement, available at https://www.urunn.com/licenses. Customers must download the App and accept URUNN's terms before using it. Chery UK shall not be liable for the access, processing or any other action or omission through the app.
18.URUNN is responsible for the operation, availability and technical support of the App. Any issues relating to the App should be directed to URUNN at hello@urunn.com.
Personal data
19.The Promoter, participating retailers and URUNN may process customers' personal data as necessary to verify eligibility, administer the Promotion and provide complimentary App access, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and their respective privacy notices.
20.Participation in the Promotion is not conditional upon consenting to receive marketing communications. Any marketing consent will be requested separately.
21.URUNN shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, amongst other but not solely related to data protection and anti-bribery.
Availability and misuse
22.The Promoter reserves in its sole discretion the right to refuse or cancel any claim where it reasonably believes that a customer has provided false or misleading information, misused the Promotion or otherwise breached these terms. The Promoter may request reasonable proof of eligibility to verify the customer’s details.
23.The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. Any changes will not affect benefits already validly claimed, except where required by law or in cases of misuse.
Responsibility and consumer rights
24.The Promoter is responsible for administering the Promotion, while URUNN is solely responsible for providing and operating the App, including its functionality, availability and technical support. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any technical issues, interruptions or unavailability of the App arising from URUNN's services, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or where the Promoter has failed to fulfil its own obligations under these terms.
25.Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or affects customers' statutory rights. Governing Law
26.These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Customers residing in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in the courts of their respective jurisdictions.
