By offering customers staggered appointments to collect from our dealerships and spacious showrooms, you can have peace of mind that we are reducing the risk posed by coronavirus (COVID-19) by minimising the number of people on our sites at any one time. This helps customers who wish to avoid contact with other people as much as possible while still providing our superb customer service in a seamless way.

When customers whose orders are ready visit at their pre-arranged appointment time, they (like anyone else) have to follow our on-site measures so that we can all help to keep everyone safe.

What Happens When You Click & Collect

Once you have expressed an interest in a particular vehicle through our website (by tapping an Email Us, Enquiry, Part Exchange or Buy It Now button) or by calling our Sales department, here is the procedure you can expect.

We will call you to discuss collection of your vehicle,  finance & your visit to us

A direct contact phone number will be given to you & our COVID-19 measures explained

Please transfer funds to us using the bank account details given to you in our call

Step. 4

Please watch the video we will send to introduce your vehicle & explain its controls

Your new vehicle & keys will be cleaned with antibacterial wipes & prepared to your needs

If you need to rearrange your appointment, please call the contact phone number given

Put relevant documents & spare keys in an envelope to give us on collection day

Stringent COVID-19 hygiene & social distancing measures are in use on our site

On collection day: follow instructions & COVID-19 measures when you arrive, park in your allocated bay & call the contact phone number given

You will receive your new keys cleaned with antibacterial wipes & shown your new vehicle by our salesperson
