1. This is a quotation to provide you with a hire vehicle.
2. Subject to any increase in the cost of providing the vehicle to you as a result of the following, the quotation is fixed for up to 28 days from the date on the quotation:
a. Manufacturer price, vehicle specification, our cost of funds, reduction in grant;
b. change in duties and taxes including any import tax levied as a result of the United Kingdom leaving the European Union that increases our cost of providing the vehicle to you; or
c. the withdrawal by the Government of any subsidy or grant (eg OLEV grant) that we included in the quotation
3. The cost of any vehicle options are estimates only.
4. The manufacturer may make changes at any time and without prior notice to prices, colours, materials, specifications and models. Some of the equipment described or shown may only be available at extra cost. If you have any questions about the options, please contact the Fleet Assistance Line on the number displayed at the top of the screen. If any of your option choices are invalid but have not been detected by the online quoting system, you will be contacted by a member of the Fleet Assistance team to clarify your selection.
5. The quotation is based on ordering the vehicle through our selected suppliers and includes delivery on the UK mainland.
6. All quotations (other than quotations for contract purchase and credit sale rentals) exclude VAT which is payable at the applicable rate.
7. You may be required to pass a credit check before we provide a hire vehicle to you. Missing payments can make obtaining credit in the future more difficult.
