The role of the Apprentice Aftersales Advisor is focused on training and development in line with the apprenticeship programme requirements. The training and development enable the Apprentice Aftersales Advisor to be able to support in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Aftersales operation, with an emphasis on a high level of customer care.

Key Duties:

1. Understand the need to provide excellent service to all internal and external customers

2. Advising and assisting customers using the company systems and resource to ensure complete customer satisfaction

3. Advising customers on associated sales, reported via the electronic vehicle health check and video

4. Control and co-ordination of courtesy vehicles, including mileage and damage check and report

5. Ensuring quotes and charges are recorded accurately and invoices are produced/paid in-line with AMG guidelines

6. Assisting in the control of work in progress and any administrative aftersales-related tasks

7. Working in collaboration with the Sales department to ensure the cohesive running of the site

8. Managing the customer experience to achieve and maintain a high level of satisfaction, and any customer complaints are dealt with in a satisfactory manner and in line with company guidelines

9. Ensuring adherence to GDPR guidelines, collating up to date customer data at every interaction

10. Learning important aspects of Health & Safety and Manual Handling of goods.
