The focus of the Customer Experience Consultant is to provide an efficient and courteous response to telephone and online enquiries, ensuring a professional advisory service is given to customers.

Key Duties

1. Ensuring high quality customer interactions at every stage of the AMG customer journey

2. Inputting all customer leads and enquiries into the CRM system accurately

3. Responsible for providing presales technical and functional support with minimal supervision

4. Proactively managing the customer journey to ensure correct levels of contact are maintained

5. Delivery of high quality information and articulating advanced product features and benefits when necessary

6. Supporting the Online sales team as and when required

7. Any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager
