Allen Motor Group is looking to create a new administration role to support the Facilities & Maintenance department. This administration role will involve working with Management and all departments within the Allen Ford group. The job role will be based at Allen Ford Kettering, reporting to the Facilities & Maintenance Manager.

Allen Motor Group has branches in the Midlands, South West, Berkshire, Middlesex, Essex and Kent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Facilities & Maintenance Manager in all aspects of the department
  • Support the day to day running of the Group’s security arrangements, including CCTV, internal alarms and other security measures.
  • Support the Coordination of the group’s maintenance work.
  • Support oversight of cleaning contracts.
  • Support management of the Waste management contracts.
  • Support management of the Heating and air conditioning.
  • Support management of the Grounds maintenance.
  • Booking of training courses for the Maintenance department.
  • Ensuring properties are compliant with dealer standards.
  • Dealing with suppliers over the purchasing of plant & equipment.
  • Keep a log of outstanding maintenance requests up to date.
  • Approval of Purchase Ledger invoices.
  • Support in production of the internal reports.
  • Record filing.

As a Facilities & Maintenance Administrator your skills and experience will include:

  • Good computer system skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Accurate computer input.
  • Integrity and high professional ethics.
  • Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the business.
  • You will need to be well organised with strong attention to detail and be able to meet strict deadlines.
