Our Sales team in Kettering are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service.
What will I be doing?
This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first and exceeding customer expectations is the target.
Responsibilities will include:
- Co-ordinating the delivery handover process for all used vehicle sales from start to finish.
- Ensuring that all appropriate paperwork is complete and checked with regards to each delivery.
- Accepting all vehicles from the valeting department prior to handover.
- To contact and update customers with progress and delivery updates.
- Ensuring that all payment requirements are communicated effectively to customers.
- To provide a vehicle delivery handover experience that exceeds all customer expectations.
