PartsPlus Centre Manager

The Centre Manager is responsible for leading, managing and motivating the Parts Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. In addition, the role is also responsible for ensuring all processes are carried out in accordance with the PP operating manual and controls.

Key Duties:

  • Putting robust plans and actions in place to ensure the achievement of targets and objectives set by Parts Plus.
  • Delivering excellence within all metrics measured on the Parts Plus+ balanced scorecard and ensuring that the Balanced scorecard KPI metrics are communicated to the team to deliver overall site improvement.
  • Effectively recruiting and inducting new members of the Parts Plus team.
  • Setting goals and objectives for the Parts Plus team members that are clear and understood.
  • Coaching and development to drive the performance of the Parts Plus team members, including regular one-to-ones and appraisals in line with the company cycle.
  • Managing and monitoring promotions and marketing activities to gain the optimum return.
  • Contributing to the annual Business Plan as required as part of the Parts Plus contract.
  • Maintaining good processes and practices to ensure stocks are secure and kept in good order.
  • Managing compliance to Brand standards and AMG expectations.
  • Ensuring compliance to all Health and Safety Procedures and reporting any non-compliance (including non-compliance by colleagues) to ensure that all employees and customers are protected from any potential hazards.
  • Managing the customer experience to achieve and maintain a high level of satisfaction, and any customer complaints are dealt with in a satisfactory manner and in line with company and brand guidelines.
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager.
