Summary:

The focus of the Regional Retention Manager role is to lead a team to achieve incremental new & used car sales through a robust contact strategy using all data avenues available.

Key Duties:

  1. Responsibility of creating and managing a sales opportunity funnel, utilising all channels linked to retention
  2. Managing the workflow to prioritise the daily/weekly and monthly business requirements
  3. Fully updating the Ford Credit Renewal system via LEAP and reporting the statistics
  4. Effectively recruiting and inducting new members of the team
  5. Maintaining reports and statistics relating to the team's performance to present to senior management and use to drive results
  6. Setting goals and objectives for the team members that are clear and understood, sharing best practices
  7. Conducting regular one-to-ones and appraisals in line with the company cycle
  8. Managing the rota of the team
  9. Developing and maintaining product and marketing knowledge within the team to maximise all opportunities
  10. Ensuring adherence to company policies relating to all regulatory and compliance guidelines
  11. Effectively managing enquiries using dealerweb to ensure contact with the customer throughout the buying experience
  12. Ensuring all elements of the sales process are completed throughout the team including all online/offline aspects
  13. Any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager
