Allen Ford Group’s dealerships at Coventry, Crayford, Daventry, Gravesend, Sittingbourne and Upminster have all received Ford’s prestigious 2019 Chairman’s Award for Sales & Service performance. We have won six of the 20 awards presented to the top performing Ford car retailers in the UK.
The Chairman’s Award is the most prestigious accolade a dealership can be awarded by Ford and is presented to dealers who deliver consistently over one whole year.
The award is not only about sales figures, as winning dealers also have to deliver high levels of customer engagement.
We congratulate every member of staff in those Sales and Service departments for this terrific achievement (especially given the challenges in recent months), which sets a fine example and high benchmark for all of our dealerships.
Customers and staff can be assured that we are learning lessons from these award-winning dealerships (as well as from outside the automotive industry) to constantly improve our offerings and service at each and every one of our locations!
