Job Description

A position has arisen at our Call Centre in Lakeside for a Call Centre Operative on the Outbound and Inbound teams.

  • Outbound hours are Monday to Friday 10.00am – 19.00pm. Saturdays 1 in 3 per rota
  • Inbound hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am – 17.00pm. No Saturdays

You will need to be customer focused with attention to detail, possess an excellent telephone manner, be PC literate, proactive and have the ability to work as part of a team.
