Our sales team really is at the heart of ensuring our world class service is delivered to every customer that visits our iconic Ford Store. As a member of our sales team, you'll be the face of Ford and often, a customer's first introduction to our brand and products. You'll engage our customers to really understand their needs and identify ways to complement the sales process by providing the knowledge and support to meet our customers’ expectations.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Responsibility for the overall administration of the F&I department and helping in the development of our lead Ford Store
  • Working with our sales team to manage finance renewals effectively, generating incremental sales.
  • Monitor & implement FCA compliance in line with company audit requirements.


  • Preparing customers finance applications, submitting to the finance company and all administration associated with gaining a timely pay-out.
  • Completing customer GAP insurance applications and ensuring accuracy of records at all times
  • Monitoring finance pay-outs to ensure that vehicle debtors are kept to a minimum.
  • Supporting transaction managers in their on-going daily activities.
  • Act as primary point of contact for F&I queries.
  • Work with Essex Ford sales management team and operations director to realise the company’s on-going F&I strategy.


  • Utilise third party manufacturer renewal systems and drive renewal activities.
  • Monitor site renewals activities, the in-dealer customer account review process, and subsequent outcomes.


  • Work within the boundaries and guidelines of GDPR legislation at all times.
  • Understand & exercise FCA rules and guidelines and adopt FCA compliant strategies.

A full driving licence is essential and experience in car sales would be preferred however experience gained from other sales environments will definitely be considered.
