We require a candidate to fill the role of service manager at our Slough dealership to continue with the good work and progress made with departmental performance in both profits and customer satisfaction.

The Role:
The role holder will be determined to achieve outstanding customer service results but is also extremely financially and sales orientated.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate commitment to achieving excellence. You will also be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing performance, profitability and operating efficiency.

Applicants must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing the whole team.


The chosen candidate will be able to demonstrate that they share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to work in very busy environment as part of a team
• Good organisational skills, methodical & conscientious
• Technical background, although training will be given
• Good customer facing manner and selling skills
• Knowledge of warranty procedures an advantage
• Good people skills and ability to overcome customer issues
• Ability to control day to day running of reception

A full driving license is essential for this role.
