Our Ford dealerships are able to accommodate our customers with strict time requirements by offering them the new Ford Express Service. This new service guarantees that your routine service, from start to finish, will be complete in one hour or less*.
This allows you to sit back and enjoy the free refreshments and Wi-Fi in our Relax area, knowing that our trained Ford technicians are busy working on your vehicle.
60 Minutes + Two Technicians + One Ramp = Satisfied Customers
All that you need to do is call our Service Centre and ask to book your vehicle in for a Ford Express Service, then arrive at your chosen dealership at the agreed day and time to hand over the keys.
Once we have your keys, two of our trained technicians will immediately begin working on the vehicle at the same time. They will work together to complete the full safety checklist and complete all required tasks, then they will get your keys back to you, ready for you to drive away within 60 minutes!
Our Ford Express Service offers the exact same benefits as any of our other regular service options that we carry out, including One Year's Roadside Assistance at no extra cost!

In these unprecedented times with COVID-19 social distancing measures in place, only one technician can work on your car at any one time.We will still do our very best to complete the service as quickly as we can, but we ask for your understanding if we do slightly overrun over the 60 minute guarantee during this time.
We will return to our guaranteed 60 minute promise as soon as we can.
