We have been working with Ford Motor Company on the "Ford Care Code" – a description of the measures we are using to protect you in Ford dealerships.
As lockdown restrictions are lifted carefully and our lives begin to resemble our normal routines, you can have peace of mind that we have worked hard to put in place stringent hygiene and social distancing measures for the foreseeable future at our dealerships and other sites.
By putting the health and safety of our friends, customers and colleagues first, we hope that you will be comfortable and confident in your dealings with us. These measures will help to control the spread & effects of the coronavirus (COVID-19) by significantly reducing anyone's risk of exposure to it.
The Ford Care Code will be in operation when you return to our sites.
Our Sales departments are open again from Monday 1st June 2020 and our Service departments are now booking appointments for services, MOTs and repairs as they will all be open from 1st June too.
Our departments will be open at their usual times from Mondays to Saturdays (please check our Dealer Directory
for business hours) with selected dealerships open on Sundays.
The Ford Care Code measures we are using to help protect you include:
Helping customers & staff to keep at least 2 metres apart for social distance
Using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to help keep customers & staff safe
Cleaning customer vehicles, dealer vehicles & sites as thoroughly as possible
Offering demonstrations online & no-touch demonstrations in our dealerships
Offering no-touch, unaccompanied test drives of cleaned vehicles
Offering service appointment booking online
Supporting you with touch-free, cash-free payments
