As the Government and media talk more about how the continuing coronavirus (COVID-19) lockdown will be lifted eventually, you can have peace of mind that we have been working hard both to help you & key workers during the lockdown and to prepare our dealerships to help everyone after it, including stringent hygiene and social distancing measures for the foreseeable future.
While Allen Motor Group’s Sales departments are currently closed until further notice during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, our Service departments in selected locations have been open with a skeleton staff to run a reduced service to support key workers (e.g. police, NHS staff) and / or other emergency breakdowns & repairs.
To prepare our dealerships for the lockdown being lifted we have worked out how to provide our services to you in ways that protect you and create the least risk possible for both customers and colleagues.
Like many shops you are probably already visiting, such as supermarkets, we will be practicing enhanced hygiene protocols and social distancing measures for the foreseeable future.
You can see some of this in the photo on this page and in the videos we will soon show to demonstrate to you the informative signs, floor markings and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE – such as gloves, antibacterial wipes, steering wheel covers, seat covers, desk screens, face masks, sanitiser, etc.) you can expect to see and use at any Allen Motor Group location.

According to a British Chambers of Commerce Coronavirus weekly survey of firms, most firms believe they could be ready to restart business with just three weeks' notice. Thanks to the hard work of our staff and the patience and understanding of our customers, we believe we could start even sooner.
This is helped, of course, by the fact that several of our Service departments are already open.
