Our Sales departments are open again from Monday 1st June 2020 and our Service departments are now booking appointments for services, MOTs and repairs as they will all be open from 1st June too!
Our departments will be open at their usual times from Mondays to Saturdays (please check our Dealer Directory for business hours) with selected dealerships open on Sundays.
We are very much looking forward to welcoming you back to our dealerships where we are using thorough Health & Safety procedures at all of our sites to limit the spread & effects of the coronavirus (COVID-19), including use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), hygiene & social distancing measures in dealerships for the foreseeable future to help keep customers & staff as safe as possible. COVID-19 risk assessments have been carried out, we have cleaning & hygiene procedures in place, and we have taken all reasonable steps to maintain 2-metre social distancing.
If you have an appointment to visit our dealerships, you will see social distancing measures in place, separating screens on desks, hand sanitiser & PPE for your use, and touch-free, cash-free payments. Our staff will explain all measures & help you.

We are arranging appointments to see any staff so that we can spread out the times when customers and colleagues are in our dealerships and workshops as we have to control the numbers of people on our sites at any one time to maintain social distancing.

Contacting Our Sales Departments
From 1st June, you will be able to call our Sales teams for any collection & deliveries, unaccompanied test drives, vehicle viewings or queries. Please check our Dealer Directory for the relevant phone numbers or tap the relevant button on pages that feature new or used cars on our website to make an enquiry or book a test drive.
Of course, you may not need to visit us at all at first. Further safety measures include offering virtual video appointments where you can view a live video, buying used cars online, and use the online 24/7 Live Chat facility on our website to instantly message us.
Reducing The Risk
As well as appointments and the health & safety measures throughout our sites, we have other ways to reduce the risk to our customers and colleagues.
Our home deliveries reduce the risk of coronavirus exposure to you. Our hygiene measures and social distancing help keep your vehicle as clean as possible. Our drivers use protection (e.g. gloves, steering wheel covers, seat covers, floor mat) when driving your vehicle to you during our business hours, paperwork is emailed where possible or left in the vehicle, keys and touchpoints are cleaned with antibacterial wipes, and handovers are conducted at a safe distance outside your chosen premises.
A live video viewing service allows us to set up virtual video appointments for customers buying new vehicles. A customer buying a new vehicle can also request such videos to be sent to them directly & quickly so that they get to see its interior & exterior, plus features demonstrated by one of our product specialists, all from the safety & convenience of their own home. Our video viewing services maximise convenience for you & minimise any risk of coronavirus exposure for you & our staff. We also use some video evidence to show you some work carried out during services and MOTs.
