Essex Ford Southend has received one of Ford’s prestigious President’s Awards for ‘Outstanding Customer Service’ in 2022.
The President’s Award is given to the best dealers that delivered consistently over the course of 2022 and was based on a combined Sales & Service performance. Therefore winning dealers were required to perform highly in both areas of the business.
This outstanding accomplishment serves as an excellent model and a high bar for all our locations as we continue to improve the offerings and service by learning from our award-winning dealerships and other industries.
We extend our congratulations to our staff at Essex Ford Southend for their hard work, particularly the Sales & Service departments and their managers.
