Fuel Report
Fuel Report is a FordPass feature helping you to monitor driving efficiency with a monthly breakdown of your fuel usage. The report analyses data from your vehicle’s FordPass Connect modem, to show you such things as your estimated total cost of fuel for that month. After you have received several fuel reports, you can start comparing month to month data through a chart displayed within the app.
Start your engine from anywhere
Now, with selected models (with automatic transmission), you can use your phone to start your car’s engine from the comfort of your home, office or anywhere else. This helps you make sure your car is de-iced, warm and ready to go when you are. This feature automatically locks the doors while the engine is on too, and the vehicle still requires your key before it can be driven.
Local hazard information
FordPass Connect can alert you to local driving hazards, such as roadworks, objects in the road or even a broken-down vehicle up ahead. Your Ford receives information from any nearby connected vehicles, as well as other local sources, such as the public incident database. If your vehicle is informed of an approaching hazard, a warning will be displayed in the digital display telling you the type of hazard and its distance from you. This enables you to be better prepared and, if necessary, find an alternative route.
Up-to-date traffic information
Live Traffic* enhances your SYNC 3 Navigation system by delivering up-to-date traffic updates. This is our most accurate and up-to-date navigation system ever, and includes traffic information for all roads, rather than just the major roads. The technology then adjusts your recommended route based on the traffic conditions, helping you to arrive more relaxed and on time. Live Traffic is complementary with FordPass Connect for the first two years.
My Journeys
My Journeys is a FordPass feature that can record your trips and deliver tailored insights on how you can optimise your driving technique. Each journey is tracked and stored, allowing you to compare by distance, duration, and more. You can log your journeys under personal or business categories and export the data. The app can also provide useful feedback on how to drive more efficiently, by showing you such things as where you’ve braked too suddenly, accelerated too fast, or cornered too harshly.
Never forget where you parked again
Find your way back to your car when you park in an unfamiliar place or if you simply can’t remember where you left it. A map in the FordPass app shows your car’s exact location.
Remote locking and unlocking
Using the FordPass app, you can now lock and unlock your vehicle remotely. This simple feature means there’s no need to rush back to your vehicle when you can’t remember if you locked the doors. And if you want to let a friend or family member access your vehicle but you can’t meet them in person, then you can unlock the doors with a tap of the app.
Charging Station Finder
With the FordPass app you can easily find charging stations around you or along a mroute, with information on charger types and the services you can enjoy while you wait.
You can also track your Ford's charging level in the app and get notified when it reaches your desired charge level and is ready to go. And if for some reason the charger comes unplugged, you'll know that too.
Check Your Range
It's easy to go the extra mile when you know you've got the battery for it. Intelligent Range uses your driving behaviour, weather forecasts and crowdsourced data to accurately predict how much range you have left. Helping you plan your journey and charging stops, and avoid surprise.
A unique function for the Mustang Mach-E is being able to set your desired destination and the FordPass app will work out the best available route and plan where you need to charge along the way.

To access certain FordPass Services your Ford vehicle may need to have a compatible SYNC in-vehicle system. If your vehicle is equipped with SYNC, you agree that we may update your SYNC software according to the vehicle software End User License Agreement (“EULA”) provided in your vehicle’s Owner Guide or otherwise by us. You may be able to update your SYNC software through FordPass if you choose. Data usage rates and fees may apply.
Not all features or Services will be available in all markets and coverage may be limited, including due to your vehicle capability and data plan coverage. Availability of features is subject to change and dependent on mobile device and vehicle capability and the internet access available to you. FordPass may be unavailable or interrupted from time to time for a variety of reasons, such as environmental or topographical conditions and data plan coverage.
