It’s a fixed-price promise where you never pay more than you should for a high-quality service or repair for your Ford. You’ll know in advance the maximum amount you’ll have to pay, with parts, labour and VAT all included in the quote. We can even provide a local price-match guarantee for like-for-like services.**

Ford Essential services are available to retail customers and on vehicles that are over four years old.
RS, ST V6 & Performance models and LPG derivatives are not included.
If any additional work is needed outside of the fixed price, we will quote for this separately.
**The local price-match guarantee includes repairers that are within a five-mile radius of a participating Allen Ford, Essex Ford or SMC Ford dealership. It must be a like-for-like quote, inclusive of genuine Ford parts, that we see before undertaking any work or up to 14 days after the service.
