Putting customers in control

Our recent improvements came about when we surveyed our customers about their dealership experience and what we could do better in addition to their thoughts and feelings about ideas for the future.


we’ve taken this feedback and used it to upgrade our dealership and your experience so that it better meets our customers’ needs, helps them feel more comfortable, and puts them firmly in the centre of everything that we do.


For example, our staff no longer chase commissions. we’ve changed our Sales Executuves into “Product Specialists” because their role is to provide customers with information on models, fixed prices, financial solutions, and other useful offerings instead of a “hard sell”.


Today, customers know what they want (or can find out online), what they expect to pay and what their current vehicle is worth. This means that our Product Specialists will offer improved levels of focus on delivering the best customer service!

showroom experience

We’ve made customer-centric changes in our dealership so that visits become more engaging and useful. Customers will encounter digital displays to welcome them before they explore a fresh layout to create new zones in the showroom.

As well as a prominent service area, these are vehicles on platforms and additional digital screens for customers to build, configure and learn more about Ford models with help on hand from our Product Specialists and Bright Sparks staff (our electric vehicle specialists).

Our customer service team will be easily identifiable by their corporate attire’ which will shift from formal clothing (such as suits) to more casual, yet smart, branded shirts with no ties.


There is an improved and more comfortable waiting area for customers, like a conventional lounge at home, with free wi-fi, sofas and plants, plus a cafe area where customers can get a proper coffee rather than one from a vending machine!

Customer will journey down a handover walkway showcasing the best of Ford through the years before the excitement builds while watching a short film about their amazing new model Ford.


Then lights, camera, action! Your new vehicle is unveiled in all it’s shiny glory, ready to be driven and enjoyed!
