I would just like to say that Frances, Andy and Gary at Allens of Brentwood were extremely friendly, helpful and it was a pleasure to buy our car with their assistance.

A very relaxed and pleasurable experience

As always when I deal with Allen Ford I was treated respectfully, efficiently, the staff are extremely knowledgeable about their products and are extremely clear when explaining about the sale and the vehicle generally. It's a very relaxed and pleasurable experience dealing with the team.

Great Customer Service

Jo Love who helped with my service plan and Martin Shew at the Romford branch made me feel very valued and were patient at all times. Great customer service from both members of staff. Always happy to help, polite and very understanding especially when I have never done this before

Quite frankly I found his service outstanding..

Long story, but I was having a problem trying to find a particular Ford only part. I searched everywhere and got no joy. Eventually I contacted David. The part number listed in Haynes, appeared to be non Ford and wasn't listed on your system. I was desperate, if Ford wasn't showing it neither, I had nowhere to go.Firstly David asked me what the problem was, then suggested other things that could be causing the problem, and asked me to check those first. Before I got off the phone, he offered to contact Ford if the other suggestions didn't help and asked me to leave him with my car details.

He then proactively contacted me, stating that he'd looked through another resource using my car make and knowing the problem, and found it. He then supplied me with the real part number. You didn't have it in stock, so he found another of your branches that did. Quite frankly I found his service outstanding. He was sympathetic, helpful and knowledgeable. I find that so rare these days, that I wanted to contact you to say thanks. He is a real asset to you. As a result, I would not hesitate to recommend your company to any of my friends.

Their kindness brought me to tears

I can't tell how happy I am. Ford's service department really have done their up most to help me out today. Their kindness brought tears to my eyes. Thank you so much for repairing my car to enable me to celebrate my son's 18th Birthday with him.

Whole Experience Faultless

Picked up my new Focus on 19/09/18. The whole experiance from the start was faultless. Special mention must go to Valarie Herne who couldn’t do more to help us. We were on quite a tight time deadline to get my new car, she was extremely helpful and got it all sorted for me in plenty of time.

Would definitely recommend Allen Ford to friends and family in the future.
