Positions have arisen at our Call Centre in Lakeside for Customer Relations Consultants.

You will need to be customer-focussed with attention to detail, possess an excellent telephone manner, be PC literate and proactive, and have the ability to work as part of a team. You will be required to maintain the high standards of customer service that are kept within the department and follow a set routine to ensure a good consistent quality with each customer interaction.

The role is mainly answering incoming service-related calls and processing online booking enquiries. You must work efficiently and be able to work under pressure during busy periods.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm / 9am – 6pm and Saturdays 8am – 2pm on a rota basis.
