Allen Ford Marketing Team Win at Ford Dealer Marketing Awards

The Ford Dealer Marketing Awards are designed to celebrate successes in digital marketing focusing on the best-in-class case studies across the entire Ford Dealer network. They created six categories to shine a light on real examples of digital marketing best practice being used in the UK.

We’re particularly proud that our Marketing team has won the top award for 'Best Commercial Vehicle Digital Campaign' (by promoting the All-Electric E-Transit) and received a commendation in the 'Best Video Content' category (for an exciting flythrough of our fresh customer experience concepts at Allen Ford Nuneaton) in Ford UK's Dealer Marketing Awards on 27th April 2023!

The categories included Best Online Video Content, Best Social Media Campaign, Best Paid Search Campaign, Best Commercial Vehicle Digital Campaign, Best Live Virtual Event, and the overall Dealer Marketing Award.

The criteria for Best Online Video Content meant creating a great, innovative online video with a superb use of Ford content used to generate great views and engagement. Our drone flythrough video did just that, providing a thrilling ride through our Allen Ford Nuneaton dealership and taking a bird’s eye look at pilot concepts we trialled to make the customer experience even better.

Winning the Best Commercial Vehicle Digital Campaign involved the promotion of any aspect of New Ford Commercial Vehicles on any digital channels. The natural choice of campaign had to be the technologically advanced All-Electric E-Transit! And why choose just one digital channel when we could produce an omnichannel campaign?

Our campaign encompassed paid ads and organic posts on social media, ads on the Google Display Network, emails, a specially designed web page on our site, and further promotions for preview events of the versatile vehicle around several of our Transit Centres as well as test drives and a try-before-you-buy, short-term ‘flexi lease’ offer. Our campaign even entered the physical world with letters, leaflets and signwritten vans.
